The Grand Tour – Full Scope Design

An immersive design journey for homes seeking story, soul and global calm.

Inspired by the art of slow travel, The Grand Tour is my most expansive way of working—made for whole-home and multi-room projects where every decision needs to connect.

We’ll shape your home layer by layer—from layout and materials through to furniture, lighting and final styling direction—so it feels cohesive, personal, and deeply liveable (never showroom-perfect).

Best For:

  • Whole-home or multi-room projects

  • Renovations, extensions or new builds

  • Heritage homes or architecturally interesting spaces

  • Clients who want one cohesive story across the home (not rooms that don’t speak to each other)
Not sure if The Grand Tour is the right fit? Book a 20-Minute Align + Define call first. Our conversation will tell us quickly—scope, priorities, budget, and the smartest next step.

What You Receive

Every Grand Tour project is custom, but may include:

  • Design Discovery Questionnaire

  • 90–120 minute in-home consultation (or video consult, if online)

  • Concept + creative direction for the home

  • Layout guidance + key spatial decisions

  • Materials, furniture and lighting selections

  • 2D/3D visuals (project dependent)

  • A documented sourcing plan (specs, links, quantities + where-to-buy)

  • Structured feedback windows and refinement rounds (agreed upfront)

Outcome: a cohesive home plan—with decisions held, documented, and ready to implement.

Important: Trade liaison may be included for design clarification and specification. Ongoing trade coordination and project management are not included unless specifically scoped and quoted in your fixed-fee proposal.

Investment is confirmed after the Discovery Call. You’ll receive a tailored fixed-fee proposal based on scope, location and the level of support required.

How The Grand Tour Works

1. Discovery Call + Discovery Session Prep Questionnaire (paid, 60 minutes)
You complete a detailed questionnaire prior to our working session to clarify scope, priorities, timing and budget—then confirm the smartest way to proceed.

2. Custom Proposal
You’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, inclusions, fees and an indicative timeline. Once approved and the initial payment is made, your project is booked.

3. Project Kick-Off Consultation
We schedule your project kick-off consultation, meeting in your home (or online) to walk the space, refine priorities, and align on creative direction.

4. Design in Motion
Your design unfolds in clear phases—concepts, layouts, materials, furniture and styling—supported by structured presentations and feedback windows.

5. Implementation + Support
You receive the documentation and guidance to bring the design to life, with optional implementation support available if required.

FAQs

  • Multi-room / whole-home projects, renovations, extensions, new builds, and spaces where cohesion matters across the home.

  • Where needed, I can liaise with your builder/trades to clarify design intent and specifications (fixtures, finishes, set-outs). Project management and trade coordination (scheduling, site supervision, delivery management and variations) are not included by default and can be added as an optional scope in your fixed-fee proposal.

  • In-person projects are available across Melbourne’s inner suburbs and bayside (limited places per season).

If you’re outside the in-person area, we can proceed online, or discuss travel (fees confirmed upfront).

  • Because it’s a real working session: we clarify scope, budget, timing, and the smartest next step — and the fee is credited toward your project if you proceed within 14 days (per studio policy) of your proposal being issued.

  • You receive a tailored proposal with scope, inclusions, fees, and timeline. Once approved, your project is booked.

Ready to begin?

If you’re planning a renovation, a multi-room refresh, or a whole-home reset, complete the Enquiry Form as the smartest first step. From there, I’ll be in touch to schedule a Discovery Call.

NOTE: All Grand Tour projects start with a 60-minute Discovery Call ($350).
If you proceed with the project within 14 days of the quoted proposal fee being issued, the cost of the Call is credited toward your overall project investment.
